How does wireless infrared movement detector work?
Within the area of detection, the movement detector will be triggered by any movement and then send alarming message to the alarm host. Most infrared movement detectors are designed to be used when you are away from home. It's widely used in house, hotel, office, factory, etc.
1) Choose the favorable locations according to the environment. The lens should face the designated surveillance locations.
2) Use screws to fix the bracket on the wall and put the detector on the bracket.
3) Adjust the detector to the suitable angle of 10~14°. (See installation program)
Notes:
1) The height of installation should be about 2 meters above the ground.
2) Don't put the detector towards lighting, sunshine or the computer.
3) Don't put the detector in an environment of strong wind, steam, oil smoke or be exposed to high temperature.
4) Don't put any barriers in the detecting area.
5) Don’t install two detectors within a small space.
